Sibmost OJSC includes eight branches and four subsidiaries with total number of about 2500 people. The Company constantly pays great attention to the issues of social policy for bridgebuilders. The Collective Agreement predetermines measures for the employment provision, labor conditions and safety, production terms improvement, welfare, health recreation of bridgebuilders, social assistance for non-working pensioners, veterans of bridge construction increase, holding of sport and cultural events for the staff and their families.
