Koshkin Albert Aleksandrovich (the permanent head of «Sibmost” since 1993; the President of the company since 2008) continues the work as the chairman of the court of directors of "Sibmost".
The task for the new President of the company: to involve the personnel and potential production of one of the largest Russian bridge-construction
enterprises for execution of current contracts and perspective development of “Sibmost».
Sergey Titov was born in 1961 in Petropavlovsk, the North Kazakhstan area.
In 1983 he graduated from the Siberian Automobile and Road Institute of V.V.Kuibyshev in “Road network» qualification. He improved the skills at the Novosibirsk State Technical University, at the institute of advanced training and retraining of personnel in the transport and road complex, at the Novosibirsk State Architectural and Construction University.
The working career of Sergey Titov began with a position of the senior engineer on the Petropavlovsk branch of "Kazdorproyekt". During 1985-1990 he worked in Komsomol and executive authorities of the North Kazakhstan area and Petropavlovsk.
During the early 2000s he held executive positions on large production enterprises. From 2004 to 2010 Titov worked as the deputy and the first deputy of the head of department of Public Institution of the highways "Siberia". In 2010-2012 he was the director of the Voronezh branch of «Russian Highways” state company. In July, 2012 Titov became the first deputy of the head of the department of the Public Roads Administration of the Moscow region.
From May, 2013 to March, 2017 headed the Ministry of transport of the Novosibirsk region. On the 10th March, 2017 Sergey Titov was elected the President of join-stock company «Sibmost».
He is married and has two children.
